It turned out that more than 70,000 workers had been trained since the implementation of this Job program. Since workers gained advance skills and experiences, their wages had increased. It went up by an average of 6.62 % within the first year later after the training. Sec. Vito also contributed to increase the number of RN and LPN graduates.

There are things, which are happening in the life of people that seems unacceptable and unfathomable. However, when things came to its point where the clouded vision has been cleared, only then realization will be seen. It is same with Charles Philips Infor that despite of the hard decision that he has made to leave Oracle with no attempt to look back but to face the next chapter of his life. Now he is serving as the CEO for Infor. He did assume this responsibility not because he needs it as an equivocal right to what he has received for the past years of leadership at Oracle.
As people from the Infor had seen and waited that the right person will come and take the position that was left and it was filled by Charles Phillips Infor as belief of the people behind his appointment that he holds the key role to govern everything about Infor. The knowledge that he had from different companies has prepared him well not to be discharged his CEO role at Oracle but to make necessary steps for better management, and to contribute to the growth and prosperity of Infor not just in the next few years but permanently.
